The B.C. director of civil forfeiture filed a forfeiture claim against the property at 5011 Hoath Road in Falkland, as well as the various pieces of lab equipment on January 31. Named in the claim are property owner Michael Driehuyzen and Gaganpreet Singh Randhawa. The claim notes that in 2015 and 2016 cops busted grow ops at the property. Randhawa has a bail hearing Monday, February 10, 2025. There have been no further arrests in the Falkland bust. Cops needed to shutter the Falkland Lab (and Langley lab) and gathering exhaustive evidence would mean more people would die. |

Cop information could only have come from informed insiders, almost certainly associates of the executed Donny Lyons. | Michael Driehuyzen bought the 163-acre drug lab property on 5011 Hoath Road in Falkland in May 2007 for $655k. It was used for an illegal grow op for years. He now lives on a chicken farm on Downes Road in Abbotsford owned by a Kamloops poultry company. Driehuyzen claims full ignorance. The Sandhers leased the ground from Driehuyzen. Long-time Sandher lawyer Bert Tonsoo (rtonsoo@bensonlawllp.com) drafted the lease agreement. It's Ottawa address is a Mexican restaurant with workers there ignorant of the company or owner Osman Ghazie.
